It would seem the Orange one has taken his cue from Mr. Russell re: debating, since he's preemptively pulled out of any Presidential debates of his likely-to-be announced candidacy. Maybe not exactly a Civil War, but there has to be somewhere all the pudge-boys and girth keepers can show off their thousands of dollars worth of militia-wear.
