In the linked article Robbins briefly discusses the way agriculture does business. “The California Irrigation Management Information System has 145 weather stations and two satellite systems that tell growers of all types how much water their crops have lost.” The use of micro jets that only spray water around avocado trees is one such method discussed to cut water usage. I certainly don’t have the answers and am glad that questions are raised with my posts…sort of the whole point for me.
