If you’d like to see my mixed media work that has accrued in my studio throughout the pandemic all you have to do is take a drive to Oracle, Arizona and visit the infamous Triangle L Ranch through December. Everyone is invited to the reception on November 12 (details below) but you can get a sneak peak the weekend of November 5 & 6 as it’s the Oracle Artist Studio Fall tour weekend. My work in the Adobe Barn Gallery will be open to view from 10-4 each of those days. Throughout November and December the gallery will be open to view on Saturdays from 10-3 or otherwise by appointment at 520-404-4022.

One of longest running versions of the Carnivaleros will be taking the stage for a reunion show Thanksgiving weekend right here in Tucson. Everyone in the band was enthusiastic about making music together once more! Featuring Karl Hoffmann on bass, Joe Fanning on electric and acoustic guitars, baritone, and mandolin, Björgvin Benediktsson on acoustic guitar, Les Merrihew on drums, and special guest Alex Flores on tenor sax.
“This group effortlessly bridges genres and thwarts preconceptions, period. Tucson is one of the planet’s richest musical centers, and the Carnivaleros are nothing less than proud ambassadors.” – Fred Mills, Blurt online, April 2018
